Cancel auto-renew

Sign in to your member portal to cancel auto-renew, or call the ROC desk at (859) 232-8955. Give staff your name and member ID and ask them to cancel auto-renew. Do not send card numbers or security codes.

Check the portal confirmation or ask staff to confirm that future renewal charges have stopped. Your membership stays active through the term you have already paid for. Cancelling does not shorten that paid term.

There are no discretionary refunds. This policy does not limit refunds required by applicable law or the payment provider.
